Despacho ceremony at Pisaq, Peru

The ceremonial and healing work I do includes the ancient and the modern, and the realms of the energetic, the mythic and the soul.  This knowledge and skill is for the benefit of the earth and all her children.  The healing encompasses the release of blocked or stuck energies, past life regression, and soul retrieval.  Once obstructing energies are released, radiance and movement are alive and present.  There is balance.  New possibilities open.

My path has included the wisdom of several North American native traditions as well as the ancient spiritual traditions of Peru: in alignment with the South American prophecies that speak of the Eagle and the Condor flying together.  The journey connects heaven and earth in beauty and wholeness.  The path of the shaman, from traditions world-wide, is one of beauty, balance, and harmony, going beyond space and time to bring wisdom, knowledge and healing for the people and the earth herself.

In the journey of healing, nurturing and growing my soul, I have learned from a number of teachers:  Sun Bear, an Ojibwa medicine man, along with other members of the Bear Tribe; Oh Shinnah Fastwolf, a Warrior for the Mother Earth of Apache, Mohawk and Scots descent; Mary Blankenship, healer and teacher of North and South American native traditions; Cusco born shaman Jose Luis Herrera; and Don Manual Quispe, late elder of the Qero nation. Don Manuel was one of the most revered medicine men in Peru.  I continue to learn and grow, in the company of my spiritual community.  Community Links

One of my shamanic functions is healing - for humans, animals and for the Earth.  A healing session for a person might include past life regression, soul retrieval or removing energetic blocks.  In working with animals, I use some of the same tools. Sometimes I help the companion animal and their person to prepare for the animal's death.  Sometimes my role is simple communication.  Earth healing is mostly clearing dense energies and then stabilizing and re-energizing the house and/or the land involved. Most people feel a significant difference after the process is complete.

Often I am able to provide assistance at a distance.

I also conduct ceremonies for individuals and for groups.  Despacho is the primary ceremony of the Qero people of the high Andes in Peru, and is a way of giving back to Spirit what has been given to the people, and of aligning our own energy with divine will.  It is a blessing, an offering, and a way of prayer in a painting of leaves, symbols, flowers and food.  The prayerful tradition of North American native people is the prayer pipe, which also is a way of giving thanks and of listening and receiving guidance.  I use both despacho and pipe in blessing a space.
