FLOWER ESSENCES FOR ANIMALS

THE HISTORY and NATURE OF ESSENCES

Edward Bach, a homeopathic doctor, first developed flower essences in the 19th century.  He tested them on himself to determine their healing qualities.  In the second half of the 20th century, many people began to make and use flower essences and gem essences, and to experiment with combinations and new techniques.

At about the same time this "flowering" was in process, people began to communicate with animals and then to do this professionally.

Essences are energetic in nature, and work by repairing, balancing and stabilizing the body’s electrical system (see what are essences).  Flowers and crystals have energetic healing properties.  By placing the material in water and connecting with the energy, the water can be infused with the healing property, "set" by the sun, and preserved by adding alcohol or vinegar.

THE SAFETY ISSUES

Essences are very safe.  Kirillian photography
has shown flower essences at the time of
administration.  The ones not needed simply flow
out through the aura.  The only potential concern
might be the alcohol used in many essences.  If
this is a concern, it is possible to buy essences
in a vinegar or glycerin solution instead.

METHODS of ADMINISTRATION

*   Orally
     *   Via a dropper
*   In water
*   In food
*   Spray
*   Rubbed on the animal's head

HOW TO DECIDE WHICH ESSENCE(S) TO GIVE and HOW LONG
